Jessica Aronoff is a mission-driven consultant and social impact advisor with 25+ years of cross-sector leadership experience in philanthropy, business, government, and the nonprofit sector. She partners with organizations to align mission with strategy, strengthen operations, and drive values-centered, sustainable change.Known for translating bold vision into practical strategy, Jessica brings together systems thinking, relational leadership, and executional rigor. She helps organizations navigate complex transitions, resolve persistent challenges, and cultivate cultures of transparency, accountability, empathy, and purpose.

  • CEO/COO of the Cayton Children's Museum, leading significant operational and cultural transformation, strengthening financial health, team capacity, and program outcomes, including through the disruption of the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • VP of Philanthropy at The Wonderful Company and the Resnick Family Foundation, building high-impact grantmaking and corporate social responsibility programs.

  • Interim COO and Senior Advisor at Global Philanthropy Group, facilitating an operational and client services restructure.
